Internet is turn-off for travel
deals, says firm.
More
and more businessmen and women are
logging off the internet to make
their travel arrangements, according
to bosses at a Leamington firm.
Bosses at Travel Management Group,
in Dormer Place, said people in
business had little time to trawl
the internet for travel deals and
were increasingly turning to the
experts for help.
David Moore, director of operations
with TMG Corporate, said: "We
are finding time and again that
they are coming to us to handle
all aspects of business travel for
them rather than to spend hours
on the net."
TMG arranges a raft of services
for clients such as pre-booked and
discounted on-site and off-airport
car parking spaces and access to
private airport lounges in more
than 75 countries. Mr Moore
added: "Of course while our
top team of experts, with their
in-depth knowledge of the industry,
make the travel arrangements, our
clients have more time to concentrate
on running their own companies instead
of being bogged down on the internet.
There really is no substitute for
talking to an expert."
