A leading Midlands corporate travel specialist
has celebrated a major milestone by attracting
a host of new clients.
TMG
Corporate, based in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire,
has attracted £2.5 million of new business
in the first six months of its financial year.
The
firm, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary
this year, has won the business in a range of
sectors throughout the UK.
Guy
Dunwoody, a director of TMG Corporate, said
the wins were a combination of several factors.
He
said: "We have added to our sales team
in recent months since an upturn in business
last year and it has paid dividends.
"Alongside
that we have also invested in the systems at
our headquarters to ensure we are working as
efficiently as possible.
"We
have won business in the medical, finance and
logistics industry for international and domestic
travel.
"We
had a very good year in 2010, and that trend
certainly appears to be continuing. It is a
very competitive market but one where experience
and expertise still counts."
TMG
was founded in 1986 and since that time the
company has grown from a standing start to the
point where it now enjoys PLC status. It billed
in excess of £26m in the last financial
year and employs more than 50 staff.
